Fame -- intrusion on your privacy is the biggest con of being an actor. I think some things should be left alone but it seems that once you are a
so-called public figure, your life is constantly under a microscope.
People want to scrutinise, analyse and just want to know everything
about you. I used to get upset initially, then I started laughing it
off. Nowadays, I find it amusing and at times. It's definitely very annoying.
If rumours are to be belived, it would be such a predictable entry into
the Bigg Boss house for Pratyusha Banerjee's ex boyfriend.
Sources say the television actress' beau, Makrand Malhotra has been approached to be a part of the reality show that is already on air. The buzz comes close on the heels of Pratyusha lodging a complaint with the police against her former beau for allegedly harassing her and her family.

British Playboy star Shanti Dyanamite, who will be seen flaunting her
sexy toned figure in an upcoming Bollywood film, says she fell in love
with Bollywood while growing up in India.
The 21-year-old adult star is of Indian descent from Britain.
"While growing up in Indian culture, I fell in love with the world of Bollywood. My all-time favourite stars are Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Sridevi, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan and now I am going to be part of the great industry, I feel blessed," said Shanti in a statement.
Shanti, who does adult chat shows for a UK television, began her career as a teenager, starting as a glamour model on the popular Hotel Voyeur, a Britain-based topless show.
Her mother is a Punjabi and her father is a Greek and they got divorced when she was very young. Her mother brought her up single-handedly.
Her maternal grandfather was from Jalandhar, called Jullundur those days, and taken to Uganda by the British settlers among indentured labourers to develop railway lines and to work in coal mines.
Shanti has a Twitter account with a name "Sofiya". The account introduces her as "the first Punjabi to go topless on UK babeshows... an angel with a devil's
mind.

With post mortem results indicating that the actress' death may not
have been a case of suicide, her mother Rabiya roped in Dr R K Sharma,
who has found some shocking lapses in the sample preservation and
analysis, and raised serious doubts over the alleged cause of death
Findings by the Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) add weight to claims made by Jiah Khan's mother Rabiya that her daughter was murdered, and did not commit suicide. Three months after the report was submitted to the Juhu police, the officials still haven't sought clarifications from the FSL on their findings.
According to the report, experts at FSL received nail clippings from Jiah's right and left hands after she was found hanging in her Juhu flat on June 3. The autopsy was conducted at JJ Post Mortem Centre on June 4, and subsequently the samples were sent for testing on June 5 to FSL. In their report dated August 16, the experts pointed out that they had found bloodstains on the nail samples from both hands. Human tissue matter was also detected. The group of the blood obtained from the nail samples, however, could not be determined.
Armed with these findings, Rabiya Khan, Jiah's mother approached an independent forensic expert, Prof (Dr) R K Sharma, who is president of the Indian Association of Medico Legal Experts and former head of the department of forensic medicine and toxicology in AIIMS, Delhi. Sharma has raised serious doubts over the suicide and in his interim report has concluded that 'homicidal hanging in this case may be a strong possibility'.

All of a sudden, this legendary tennis player thought it was a good idea
to bring the actor out of him in a spectacularly ridiculous film.
Cherished for age-defying achievements in sports, Leander came across as
a derailed protagonist. If there's a list of worst films ever made,
this one will easily get in. And if there's a list of worst career moves
ever made, Leander's will be a part of it too.
Ever wondered who dubs for the animated characters on your television set? Voiceover artists, actually. Dev, in his debut film, spent more than half of his onscreen time sounding like a Hindi-speaking cartoon character from Disney -- leaving very little space for anything else. He was so lukewarm that he made Adah Sharma look better. If you're still wondering `Dev Goel, who?`, it's alright.

When you have a voice to die for (after all, there aren't many actresses
who can sing), should you really focus on something you aren't good at?
Besides, Sasha went ahead and made her acting debut in a movie where
she had very little to offer. Other than her good looks, nothing else
struck as her dialogue delivery clearly went out of the window. Related:
Acting school can't be very far away.
Verdict: There's no dearth of horrible films in our country, not
just Hindi film industry. They almost churn out in an assembly line
format every second Friday without fail. One of the factors that
contribute to this phenomenon is the thriving list of actors who ham
professionally. Poonam, who revolutionised the concept of publicity
(good or bad, who cares?) with her skin, was the protagonist in this
never-should-have-been-made film.
Some of the hapless actors who had the most forgettable debuts in Bollywood during 2013
Very few actors make it in Bollywood. Well, fewer get a debut film to start with. And those who do receive a chance aren't always able to pull it off either because of a meatless script at hand or their own dismal skill sets. Because of which, the blame game can go on forever.
Turns out 2013 -- yes, we couldn't wait till the year ended -- hasn't been an exception when it comes to actors who made their debut in Bollywood.http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCciCvzZ_VSWIdIWWpHlCShQ Some of them indeed ended up setting the bar high for themselves while others sank with brickbats from critics. Here's HitList taking a look at those who didn't score much..

The romance between legendary Urdu poet Sahir Ludhianvi and writer Amrita
Pritam will be brought to the big screen in an upcoming film. While
rumours are rife that Farhan Akhtar is playing Ludhianvi in the biopic,
an industry source has revealed that the makers are trying to rope in
Kareena
Ashi Dua, who produced the short-film compilation Bombay Talkies, will produce the project, and the makers are still working on finalising the other key actors. “The film might also have Farhan singing some of Sahir’s immortal lines,” says the source.
Kapoor to play Pritam. “The biopic revolves around the relationship
between Ludhianvi and Pritam. The makers are looking forward to having
Kareena on board for Pritam’s role,” says the source.
But Kareena hasn’t signed the film just yet. The actor is taking her
time with the script while shooting for her current projects. “She is
reading the script whenever she gets a breather in her schedule. She was
off to Beirut, Lebanon, to shoot for her cameo in Kabir Khan’s next
with Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif. Meanwhile, Kareena is yet to finish

Ranbir Kapoor's Barfi co-star Ileana D'cruz has always wondered when people talk about Ranbir's Casanova image as she never saw that side of him during the filming of Barfi.
"Both Ranbir and I have respect for each other. Lot of people talk about Ranbir's Casanova image but he is very different to me as a person. I don't see him in that light at all," says Ileana.
She further continues, "People would tell me that it is rare that Ranbir doesn't get linked to his heroines but how come you escaped that. It is a sad way of putting it because it almost seems like - ' Oh my God, aap toh bachh gayi. It is not that Ranbir is some serial pouncer. These are just rumours that come and go and there is no element of truth in it. It was not that he was after me and I ran away from his clutches. No, these are baseless rumours."

Marion, on why she became an actress: “When I was a kid, I started to have a lot of questions about human beings, and I was a troubled child because of all of these questions. I guess that’s why I became an actress. Not only because my parents were actors and, yeah, it’s a beautiful thing to tell stories, but I think I became an actress because I wanted to explore this- to explore what a human being is.”
Naomie, on standing up for herself: “On my first film, I played a stowaway on a ship heading to Germany, and the director told me I was going to be thrown into the sea. But he didn’t have any stunt coordinators! I told him I would agree to be pushed over the side, but only if I could watch him getting pushed over first. Both of us stayed dry.”
Born on September 12, 1988, Prachi Desai turns 25 today. Prachi, who began her journey as Bani on the small screen with the show Kasamh Se has come a long way. The birthday girl who was very popular on the small screen didn’t return to it post her film debut with Rock On.
After Rock On, Prachi Desai was seen in films like Life Partner, Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai and I, Me Aur Main. Her latest release was Policegiri alongside Sanjay Dutt, which was a box office dud. Now we hear that the script of the sequel to Rock On is ready; however, it’s still under the wraps if Prachi will be a part of the film or not. The Rock On babe had earlier stated that she’d be heartbroken if she’s not a part of her debut film’s sequel. On her birthday, we hope that her wish comes true and she gets to pair up with Farhan Akhtar again.

The thought of an Indian bride would typically create an image of a woman dressed in a
bright-coloured, heavily-embroidered ensemble with ornate jewellery,
nicely bunched up hair and 'gajra'. But here was actress Neha Dhupia painting a gothic picture of a bride.
Dressed in a black full-length outfit, with her locks flowing in well-done rolls and eyes accentuated with heavy kohl, the yet-to-be-married Neha clearly "redefined" the Indian bride at the India Bridal Fashion Week (IBFW) here on Thursday.
The former beauty queen-turned-actress exuded confidence as she took to the ramp for her dear friends, the internationally known designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock. The background song -Adele's Oscar-winning "Skyfall" added to the mood.
